I have successfully migrated all my LJ posts and comments into my drupal install.

I still have to go through and tag them all, and update filters. But it's done.

Then I just have to get RSS feeds working correctly, and migrate pictures to drupal too.

On the flagging entries bit, and on the blocked search terms (not that it's at all a helpful update on the search term situation):

LJ is blocking some searches, and they're really fucking subtle about it - and inconsistent (white power is apparently no longer a searchable interest; black power is)

Apparently they've realized that the comment mail isn't working right again...

...due at least in part to yahoo bouncing a fair portion of e-mail from livejournal.com, which is slowing down the servers... (noted here and here)

My friends page is all screwed up. Some of the posts that I know have been made don't show up all the time - so when I go to "earlier" posts, my next page of earlier posts has 3 posts from the current page as well.

*sigh*

Cleared my cache as suggested by the support page. Guess I'll be sending a support request, because this is damn annoying.
